Inspired by his Portuguese Water Dog Betty (and her infamous love of quality snacks), Margate native Steve Marchel teamed up with local BBQ legend Dan Greenberg to make lovingly-crafted, all-natural smoked fish and meats. With rave reviews from premier food critics and the local community alike, they opened Water Dog Smokehouse - "a craft-casual dining experience that prides itself on delivering unique, fresh ingredients that speak to both modern and traditional tastes."
