These classes will take
the fun and educational environment of our long-standing tasting events even
further. As a student, you will receive an in depth tutorial on all
things wine, from soil to swirl. You will explore the science and art
that goes into each bottle of wine and learn the intricacies of the craft of
viticulture. Your Passion Vines wine professors will guide you on a tour
of terminology, methodology, varietal, & vintage, and you will sample a
selection of hand-crafted wines to bring the themes of each lesson to life.
