Rutherford AVA Cabernet Sauvignon shows great warmth and volume with aromas of sweet oak, briar, cassis, vanillin, black cherry and a hint of soy. This wine’s firm structure shows a bright fruit center of plum and cherry wrapped in chewy dark chocolate. This wine should be decanted for several hours at a minimum if opened in its youth, and will age for a good 20 years. Fire up the grill and throw on a New York strip! Drink 2014-2030.
