Weyerbacher Brewing Co Description

Sunday Morning Stout, 12.7% ABV, is an American Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels. Aromas of roasted coffee and bourbon awaken your senses while their flavors blend with hints of chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla and caramel. The perfect cap to a Saturday night or start to Sunday morning.

Food Pairing
Bacon & eggs, breakfast sausage, coffee rubbed steak, rich roasts, short ribs. Any dessert with chocolate, coffee or bourbon in it. Flourless chocolate cake, donuts and coffee cakes.

Cheese Pairing
Gouda & Blues. Examples include L’Amuse Gouda, Bayley Hazen from Jasper Hill, Valdeon (mixed milk) from Spain.
