Medium dry, medium body and harmonious with a good finish This wine marries two of the classic Bordeaux grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon offers character, complexity and longevity, while Merlot adds softer tannins and elegance, patterned after the same classic blend that distinguishes many fine chateaux of Bordeaux.

Hector Urzua, a young winemaker with a degree from the University of Chile, is the main of the Frontera red wines. He believes in, "the originality and strength of the wines from the new world, which have a joyful spirit and gentle personality."
