The wine has straw yellow colour. On the nos it hasintense fresh fruity aromas, with hints of apples. Harmonious, balanced and persistent with a pleasantly sour finish.
The winery was founded by Francesca and Giusseppe Passoni in 1980. In 1990 they restored the estate to start the "Farm Tourism" business. The estate is set in the heart of Tuscany, on the green hills next to San Gimignano. The farming of vineyards and olive groves is carried out with great respect for the territory and environment under the supervision of the owner, Mr. Giuseppe Passoni. Wine making is carried out with the help of the latest vinification tecnology. Giuseppe is dedicated to living up to the ancient art of viniculture and olive growing.

Winemaking Process the wine was aged on lees for 4 months, in stainless steel for 1 month and in the bottle for 1 month.
