Yves Cuilleron's grandfather was the first to bottle wine for commercial purposes at Cuilleron. Antoine Cuilleron, the uncle and impeccable predecessor of Yves, significantly increased the percentage of wine and extended the Cuilleron Winery's domaine. The domaine produces about 50,000 bottles annually among which there are 3 different cuvees.
Yves Cuilleron assumed full ownership of Cuilleron Winery in 1987 and since that time has built an entirely new facility, while acquiring additional vineyards. What made his success all the more remarkable is that prior to becoming the owner he had no winemaking experience at all!!
