composition 100% Chardonnay. winemaking process whole clusters were pressed to barrel with no skin contact. It's barrel fermented and aged sur lie. Aged in 100% French oak, 35% new and 65% 1 year old. vineyard characteristics grapes were sourced from different 3 vineyard sites 25% River Block Vineyard, 71% Mid 40 Vineyard, and 4% South River Vineyard. alcohol 14.5%
