The legend of Nicolas Feuillate started in 1972. Nicolas bought a 12 hectare vineyard in Bouleuse in Ardre Valley. Couple years later the brand “Nicolas Feuillate” was born. Later on the brand was acquired by “The Centre Vinicole de la Champagne”. The grapes growers provide The Centre with high quality grapes, originated from local vineyards, 450 of which are Grand or Premier Crus. Today, Nicolas Feuillate brand is one of the largest champagne producers recognized worldwide. Winery

| Wine maker notes |
| Jean-Pierre Vincent is a head winemaker at the Nicolas Feuillate Champagne House. He started working for the Centre Vinicole on June 28th 1976, that day was marked as one of the most important in his life. Every year he composes and creates, blending wines that will give birth to Nicolas Feuillate Champagne. Vincent wants to show how a quality village, terroir and vintage can express themself. During the blending he is constantly looking for the pure expression of the House style, which he is defying as vineyard, simplicity and truth.
