This wine is earthy and spicy, a smooth dry red that hints at dried rose petals and white pepper with a cassis aroma and well balanced, round tannins for a wonderful mouthfeel. The Cab Franc grape is used for blending in many of the well-known European wines, including Bordeaux, Burgundies, and Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
