Wine Advocate 89 points - Medium ruby-purple colored, the 2013 Mohua Pinot Noir has pretty mulberry, red currant, red plum and fragrant earth notes with hints of bay leaf and charcoal. Light bodied, elegant and well poised in the mouth, it has just enough earth laced red fruit expression and a long finish with a fair bit of chew.
Wine Spectator 89 points - Tangy and refreshing, with wild berry and fleshy plum flavors that have an appealing minerally edge. Base notes of dried floral and fresh loam ground this wine. Gains momentum on the finish. Drink now through 2022. 2,500 cases imported.
