Delivery Windows:

Sunday: 11am-1pm, 3pm-5pm

Monday & Tuesday: 11am-1pm, 5pm-7pm

Wednesday - Saturday: 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm, 5pm-7pm

Q: You deliver?

A: We sure do! First and foremost, we’re a service company.

Q: Is there a minimum that I must buy?

A: We have an $80 minimum, which is fairly easy to hit.

Q: When do you deliver?

A: Monday - Wednesday 11am-1pm and 5pm-7pm; Thursday - Saturday 11am-1pm, 3pm-5pm and 5pm-7pm; Sundays 11am-1pm and 3pm-5pm only.

Q: When do I have to place my order to make a particular delivery window?

A: The delivery truck leaves our store at the start of each delivery window.  So, if you want to receive your delivery between 11am-1pm, your order needs to be placed prior to 10:59am. 

Q: How can I place my order?

A: We offer 4 convenient ways to order: in store, by phone, online at www.passionvines.com or on our NEW app (currently available on iPhone only).

Q: Can you leave my delivery on the back porch if I’m not home?

A: Unfortunately, no, we cannot. Someone, 21 years of age or older with valid identification, must be home to receive and sign for the delivery. 

Q: Can I pay cash at the door?

A: Unfortunately, no.  By law, all product must be paid for before it leaves our store. You are welcome to pay cash in store, and have your order delivered later.

Q: What is the fastest way to order?

A: Many customers are loving the convenience of our NEW app!  Once you create your account, your shipping and billing information is saved for convenient and fast ordering. 

Q: What if I want my order delivered now?   

A: We offer 3 convenient, $4.99 delivery times. However, if you need delivery on-demand or at a time that falls outside of our delivery window, an additional delivery fee will be applied to your order (see rates below for details).
