Passion Vines & The Iron Room Present A Night in Tuscany, an exclusive wine dinner featuring one of Italy’s leading wineries, Casa Brancaia. 

Join us and special guest, Barbara Widmer, for an intimate exploration into one of Tuscany’s most distinguished wineries. Since 1998, Barbara has served as the head winemaker and vineyard manager for Brancaia's three estates (see Barbara's full bio below). At A Night in Tuscany, we will share four of Brancaia’s most celebrated wines, with vintages ranging from 2011 to 2015. The Iron Room's Chef Kevin Cronin has created a special menu for the evening, carefully crafted to complement the tasting profile of each wine. Throughout dinner, Barbara will spend time at each table where guests will have the opportunity to chat with her and ask questions about Brancaia's distinctive winemaking practices. This exclusive wine dinner is limited to only 40 guests and prepayment is required. The price of $95 per person is inclusive of tax and gratuity.

1st.  Prosecco or white (Welcome wine) Honey, truffle & sea salt Zeppole 

2nd. 2015 Brancaia Tre, Finocchiona & shaved fennel salad with whole grain mustard & cannellini beans 

3rd.  2012 Brancaia Chianti Classico, Ribollita (vegetable soup)

4th.  2013 Brancaia Ilatraia, Brined Rabbit stew, root vegetables, house Pappardelle & Pecorino 

5th.  2010 Brancaia Il Blu, Thick cut Steak Fiorentina sliced off the bone, served family style, gremolata creamy polenta & braised swiss chard.
