The following are the most frequently asked questions Passion Vines has heard from its users. If you have a question or would like to tell us about a great bottle of wine, please Contact Passion Vines, we're interested in hearing from you.
Q. I can't seem to find my favorite brand/bottle available for sale on your site. Is there anything you can do to help?
A. Absolutely! If you are looking for a specific product, we'd be happy to order it for you, if we are able. You can also place a special order for products we don't normally carry. Send your inquiries to info@passionvines.com or call 609-653-VINE and we will get back to you shortly. 
 
Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. Passion Vines is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If there is any problem with your order, please call 1.877.270.8463 or email us at info@passionvines.com immediately.

Any orders that are returned due to a reason other than being the wrong product or the wine is tainted will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

In addition, if returning a bottle that is tainted, the cork must be put back keeping all the contents in the bottle before it is returned to us in order to receive a replacement bottle.

Passion Vines will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you. Please re-pack the wine and a copy of the original sales receipt and send it to:

Q. I want to sign up for delivery, but what if no one is available to sign for my shipment, or if the person isn't of legal age?
A. All packages sent out require the signature of an adult 21 or older upon delivery. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign.  FedEx will attempt to deliver 3 times, after which the package can be picked up by an adult 21 or older at the nearest FedEx location.

Many customers choose to have their order sent to their work address so that an adult is present to sign for it, which we recommend if this is the case. 

 
Q. What is the Passion Vines Insurance policy?
A. Passion Vines automatically adds insurance to each order placed online. This covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit. If you wish to waive the insurance, you may do so by un-checking the box during the checkout process, however, this waives all responsibility from Passion Vines.
 
Q. I love Passion Vines, but I am not from New Jersey, can you ship to me?
A. We ship wine and beer nationwide!

 Please note that some states have laws on the shipment of alcohol that prohibit us from shipping to addresses in those states. We cannot ship alcoholic beverages to: Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin.

Q. I like Wine, but don't know much about it? Where do I start?
A. The best way to begin learning about wine is, simply, to drink it!! At Passion Vines, we are focused on education above all else, with our staff undergoing continuous training on the products we offer. Ask one of our knowledgeable staff for a tasting of a few of the 12 wines we have on our bar menu, and they'll guide you through the tasting process. In doing so, you'll learn what you like, and what you don't, and we'll be able to best guide you towards wines you'll love.

Also, be sure to check out one of our many wine classes, held nearly every week throughout the year, and covering a variety of topics. If you're feeling a bit bold, you could also subscribe to one of our wine clubs, where you'll receive two bottles of wine delivered right to your door each month, accompanied by tasting notes and valuable information to guide your tasting experience. 

 
Q. I'm having a large party soon and need help identifying the right wines to pour. Can Passion Vines help?
A. Absolutely! Passion Vines specializes in large party orders and pairings, having catered hundreds of weddings, dinner parties, and other celebrations. We offer full-service party assistance, including delivery, pick-up, case discounts, tasting notes, party favors, and more! Fill out the form under "Events" -> "Private Events" above, or give us a call! Let us know your approximate budget, how many guests you're expecting, and what types of food you'll be pairing with the wines, and we'll handle it from there! 
 
Q. Can Passion Vines help me build a great wine collection?
A. Yes! Passion Vines works closely with the best suppliers and winemakers, ensuring that we are always on top of acquiring the best wines the world has to offer. Along with our incredibly knowledgeable staff, this guarantees that we're always able to provide you with top-notch selections.

If you plan on aging wines or building a cellar, we can help you out there too. Did you know that only 1% of wine in the world is meant to be aged? We can help you decide which to drink now and which to hold onto as well! Just ask any team member, and we'll get you right on your way to building an impressive wine collection.

 
Q. I want a great Wine, but don't want to spend too much. What can I do?
A. Good news! You don't need to spend a ton of money to get a wine of incredible quality. Our team can guide you towards the regions and varietals which are most able to provide great quality at approachable prices.

In fact, we've even held blind tastings to illustrate this exact point, pouring unidentified wines for an audience and allowing them to guess the price, only to shock them with the incredible value of the selections during the big reveal!

 
Q. I entered a promo code but didn't receive my discount, why didn't my code work?
A. Oh No!!!  We're sorry to hear that!  Did you enter the promo code in the gift card box?  If so this could by why it didn't work.  You'll want to make sure to enter promotional codes in the box that says "Enter Promo Code".  If you have already finalized placing your order and your code didn't work, don't worry feel free to e-mail us at info@passionvines.com, and let us know what happened and we will be happy to fix this for you.

Furthermore, no discounts can be combined, and discounts cannot be used on sale items.  However if your order qualifies for more than one discount, we are happy to give you the higher discount that is available to you.

 
Q. Do you offer case discounts?
A. We sure do!  Anytime you order a case of wine, with the exclusion of sale items, you qualify for a 15% discount on your case. While wines that are already on sale don't receive an additional discount, they *DO* count towards your case total of 12 bottles. You can even mix and match your case!  So go ahead, live a little!
