Passion Vines is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If there is any problem with your order, please call 1.877.270.8463 or email us at info@passionvines.com immediately. Any orders that are returned due to a reason other than the product is the wrong product or the wine is tainted will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. In addition, if returning a bottle that is tainted, the cork must be put back keeping all the contents in the bottle before it is returned to us in order to receive a replacement bottle. Passion Vines will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you.
