The barrels hit the magic sweet spot of temperature fluctuations, age, and humidity to create a product of true distinction. This 107 proof premium rum is aged in freshly emptied Prosperity Rum barrels for a minimum of 30 months before blending and bottling. Its golden caramel color is the first sign that something special is about to happen: rich aromas of apple, apricot, honeysuckle, and vanilla are followed by toasted marshmallow and molasses all leading to a warm, spicy oak finish. This limited release is meant to be enjoyed neat with just a little water or ice, a few good friends, and a whole lot of respect
