Through a collaboration with our partner and friends at Davis Valley Distillery in southwestern Virginia, we bring you Whitecap Whiskey.
Process: Pot and column distillation.
Mashbill: 60% Estate Grown Sweet Corn, 20% Rye, 20% Wheat.
