Exceptionally malted, fermented, and distilled by craftsman in the distillery, the Ryukyu Whisky is made from best quality Indica rice and unique Okinawa’s black koji, and then reserved in Spanish Sherry casks and selected American Kentucky bourbon casks for more than 8 years.
Tasting Notes
Nose: perfume of oak barrel, vanilla, plum, fresh sweetness
Palate: Sweetness from bourbon and sherry oak cask, dry fruits, comfortable spiciness
Finish: Licorice, perfume, vanilla, spices
