COMPOSITION: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. HARVEST: By hand. APPELLATION: Curicó Valley. FERMENTATION: Selected yeast, 58°F, 20 days. AGING: 100% stainless steel. ALCOHOL: 12.5%. TOTAL ACIDITY: 6.7 g/L pH: 3.15. RESIDUAL SUGAR: 2.1 g/L

Winemaker's Notes: A delicate pale gold. On the nose, aromas of lemon, fresh pineapple with hints of lavender. It is a bright well balanced wine with a clean minerality on the finish.
